How to unmute Archos 605 on the DVR station?

How do you unmute the Archos 605 while on the DVR station? It gets sound from the headphones but not the speaker. and it while the headphones are in it only plays on the right side not both.

    Go to settings frmo the menu, then sound, then the “Internal Speaker” To “On” instead of “Automatic”.

    As for sound only coming frmo the right side, while you are in “Sound” Change the balance to 0, or the middle.
